Sent to wrong address. impossible to change 5 minutes after ordering. your problem. haven't seen product yet...need solution if ever to use you again. your people have little authority and reluctant to help but merely send you to links that don't work. tried to cancel and they wouldn't help.

Package arrived somewhat damaged but product was secure and works well. Size is as described
